Dimsum:
300 g Green Lof, finely cut
250 G chicken minced
2 cloves of garlic, grated
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 pack of dimsum sheets
2 cm ginger, grated
Pepper and salt to taste

Sesame-soy sauce dip:
60 ml mild soy sauce
30 ml of roasted sesame oil
2 spring onions, very finely cut

Dimsum:

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Prepare filling: Cut the green -laid super fine and mix it in a bowl with the chicken minced meat, the garlic, ginger, fish sauce, pepper and salt. Knead well.

Forming dimsums: Take a dimsum fleet, scoop a teaspoon of the filling in the middle. Lightly moist and fold the edges of the sheet of the sheet into a half moon. Press the edges well.

Make dipping sauce: Mix all the ingredients for the sesame-soy sauce in a small bowl.

Steam Dimsum: Cover a steam basket with a leaf green laid to prevent sticking. Place the dimsums apart in the basket and steam them in about 5 minutes.

Serve: Serve the dimsums immediately, together with the dip sauce. Dipping and enjoy!
