Pour olive oil in a pan over a low heat and simmer the garlic and onion.
Cut the sheets of the sausages, remove the meat and add to the pan, along with the finely chopped chili pepper. Crush the meat a little and fry everything nicely for 4 to 5 minutes, it may contain coarse pieces.
Add the cherry tomatoes and let it simmer so that the tomatoes become soft.
Cook the pasta in salted water as stated on the package. Drain and keep some cooking liquid aside.
Add the pasta, one tablespoon of cooking liquid and the Parmesan cheese to the pan and stir firmly together.
Finish with roughly cut basil.
The sauce sits in the thick tubular paste, so that it is supposedly a bit filled. Pure pleasure when eating.
