Ingredients

What do you need?

Quantity: 10-12 bars

15 Soft Medjoul Dates
3 tbsp peanut butter, soft or with crunch
150g Dark chocolate of at least 70% cocoa
2 TL Fleur de Sel of Himalayan salt
2 handful of roasted and peeled hazelnuts
2 handful of peeled pumpkin seeds

15 Soft Medjoul Dates
3 tbsp peanut butter, soft or with crunch
150g Dark chocolate of at least 70% cocoa
2 TL Fleur de Sel of Himalayan salt
2 handful of roasted and peeled hazelnuts
2 handful of peeled pumpkin seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie.

Cut the dates open, remove the pit and place them with the cutting edge on a baking sheet with baking paper, creating a rectangular bottom of dates.

Place a different baking paper on it and go on it firmly with a rolling role, so that it becomes even. Then remove the baking paper.

Eggly spread the peanut butter over the date base.

Pour the melted chocolate over it and spread it.

Sprinkle the nuts and salt over it and let it set in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Then cut into strips.
