1 onion in disks
1 yellow zucchini cut into slices
75 g cheddar cheese, grated
1 boiled corn flask
1 toe look

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Color the onion in the oil, add the zucchini in slices and fry for 3-4 minutes, cut the corn of the flask and add (keep all the ingredients a little aside for the top).

Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, mix in the cheese, hold some cheese aside for it.

Pour the egg cheese mixture on the fried onion and zucchini, place a few slices of zucchini, onion and corn slices, finish with the cheese, bake 1 minute further and cooked further in a preheated oven at 200 °, another 10 minutes.

Allow to cool a little before you serve.

Also very nice and cold in your lunch box or bread box from the kids.
