Preparation method

How do you make this?

Put all the ingredients in a cutter without the egg. Have cutting so that the butter is finely under the flour. Add the egg and mix briefly until the whole is connected.

Make a round piece of flat dough and pack in plastic wrap. Let it set 1 you in a fridge.

Preheat your oven to 200 ° C. Roll even and thinly with flour in a slightly more oval shape so that you can also cut the strips. Blind your baking tin and push the dough in it, go over it with your rolling roll so that the sides of dough are removed.

Beat the egg and spread the edge with it. Equally fill with the jam and place the strips of crossing on it. Also apply this with the yolk.

Bake for 15 minutes at 200 ° and 15 minutes at 180 °. Allow to cool.
