Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the onion and bell pepper into fine strips and color nicely into 2 tbsp olive oil, season with pezo, garlic and cayenne powder, keep aside. Rub your meat slightly with oil and season the meat with salt and pepper from the mill on both sides

Warm your grill for. Place the meat between the grill and bake Saignant, or baking method of your choice. Place the meat on the plank, let it rest.

Cut the sandwiches lengthwise and spread the 4 undersides with the hid of the cheese. Then divide the onion-pepper mixture. Cut the meat into thin strips, divide on the sandwiches, divide the rest of the cheese and place the lids on top. Grill 5 minutes until sandwich has been roasted and cheese melted. Serve on a shelf with a steak knife and eat immediately!
