500 g Red Snapper Filet
1 avocado in cubes
juice + sixths of 2 limes
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp chili powder or black pepper
1 kl grated ginger
1 kl of red onion chopped finely chopped
1 toe look grated
3 tbsp pineapple in Brunoise
1 bone coriander finely cut
1 pinch of salt
