What do you need?

Quantity:

500 g Red Snapper Filet
1 avocado in cubes
juice + sixths of 2 limes
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp chili powder or black pepper
1 kl grated ginger
1 kl of red onion chopped finely chopped
1 toe look grated
3 tbsp pineapple in Brunoise
1 bone coriander finely cut
1 pinch of salt

1 kl of red onion chopped finely chopped

1 bone coriander finely cut

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the onion, the mango, the pineapple and the avocado into cubes.

Mix the juice of the lime and lemon underneath with salt and chili powder or pepper.

Stir in the garlic, ginger, the coriander and the onion.

Remove the skin from the fish fillet. Cut it into cubes and mix everything under each other.

Serve in an ice -cold dish with extra lime and coriander.
