500 g spaghetti or pasta of your choice
200 g Pecorino Romano (or Parmesan cheese)
1 tbsp black pepper bulbs

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Rasp the Pecorino finely. Cook the pasta as stated on the package, keep the cooking liquid.

Put the pepper bulbs in a mortar, scoop in a pan and roast for 2 minutes until it starts to smoke, add 2 roasts of cooking liquid and a large part of the cheese.

Now keep stirring on the heat until the cheese melts and binding forms, add pasta and season with salt, keep stirring well, if it gets too sticky you can always stir water underneath. Finish with the rest of the grated cheese, some pepper from the mill and sprinkle with olive oil.
