220 g dark chocolate (at least 72% cocoa)
150 g butter
3 eggs
½ tbsp vanilla sugar
400 G Cooked beetroot, pureed
1 tsp of salt or less, to taste
100 g flower
2 tbsp cocoa (about 25 g, unsweetened or raw)

For the finish
A handful of finely chopped nuts of your choice
