Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.

Pull or cut the oyster mushrooms into fine strings. Mix in a bowl with the gyros herbs and olive oil. Spread them nicely on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 220 Åãc for just under 20 minutes. Stir the mushrooms on half of the baking time so that they bake evenly crispy.

Cut the cucumber and radishes into fine slices and the tomato and put everything on the table.

For the garlic sauce, put all the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Add harissa or sambal if it can be a bit spicier. Put on the table.

Roast the pita bread in a toaster and cut open. Place the sandwiches in a basket.

How to fill? Coat the inside generously with garlic sauce. Fill with cucumber, tomato, radishes, white cabbage and the mushroom gyros.
