3 tbsp sweet & spicy soy sauce
4 tbsp crispy onion
Burnt Salt Spicy Saus (Gilles Draps) or Srivacha
8 handful of curly parsley
Pepper and salt
8 cheese croquettes
Knob of butter to bake
Cresonette

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Season the bacon with some salt and pepper.

Put some butter in the pan and fry the bacon crispy and golden brown.

Remove the bacon from the pan and cut into pieces.

Put the Sweet & Spicy Soy sauce in the pan, let it reduce and add the sliced ​​bacon in it, fry briefly in the soy sauce so that it is nicely lacquered

Heat the frying pot to 175 ° C and bake the cheese croquettes for 4min until golden brown.

Then fry the parsley, season it with some salt.

Cut the piccolos in half.

Cover with fresh tartar sauce, pieces of bacon, watercress and a cheese croquette.

Finish with some Burn Salt sauce or Sriracha, fried parsley and crispy onion.
