1 egg
250 g Greek yogurt
200 g flower
100 g lukewarm milk
1 KL dry yeast
1 tsp fine sugar
1 Sniff salt

Toppings of your choice
Sour cream, flat cheese
Caviar, salmon eggs, eggs
Chives, dill, parsley

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the yeast in the lukewarm milk with the teaspoon of sugar and let it rest for 5 minutes. Put the flour and yogurt and yolk in a bowl and mix the lumps powerfully. Stir the milk under it. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and mix under the batter. Let it rest and rise for an hour.

Grease your pancake pan a little, stir briefly and gently for a moment and put with a tablespoon of pile dough in the warm greased pan, let it bake for a while, if there are holes on the surface you can turn them around. Let it bake for a while and put on a grid, keep warm. Bake the rest of the dough in the same way. Cover with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
