Preparation method

How do you make this?

Place the meat in a bowl.

Pierce 4 cloves in an onion and add the onion in the bowl.

Add herbs, celery, carrot, pepper and salt.

Put the ingredients in water.

Let it simmer for 2 hours with the lid on it.
