400 g self -rating flower
100 g almond powder
280 ml of honey
2 vanilla stakes
Pinch
4 eggs
200 g butter
160 ml of milk (of your choice)
3 large apples jonagold
paum
1 lemon

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Beat margarine, honey, vanilla, almond powder and 1 egg under each other.

Add the flour, milk, the other eggs and a pinch of salt

Mix everything together until smooth dough.

Fat baking tin (22 cm diameter) and dust with flour.

Pour in, finish with discs unpeeled apple and sprinkle with a puddle sugar.

Bake 90 ’at 160 °, do the test with saté stick (if it comes out dry, cake is cooked).

Allow to cool on rack.
