Place the gandaham slices on a baking sheet with baking paper, bake them for 10 to 15 minutes crispy in the oven at 175 °, let it rest on kitchen paper.
Wash the radishes, cut the stem and cut them into 4.
Cut the cucumber into slices and then into fine strips and divide them on the bottom of the glasses, sprinkle with some olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the place cheese with pepper from the mill, a pinch of salt and half of the finely chopped spring onion. Divide a first soil layer over the glasses with a spoon.
Complete each glass with a layer of crispy ham.
Cut watermelon into cubes, remove the seeds and divide in the glasses together with the radishes, sprinkle again with some olive oil and the rest of the spring onion.
Finish with a radish, watermelon and crispy ham.
Serve immediately, otherwise the ham will become damp and soft.
You can prepare everything in advance, but you can dress à la minute.
