6-8 fresh eggs
150 g fine granulated sugar
600 g high -quality wheat flour
1 bundle of fresh tarragon
1 bundle of fresh flat parsley
1 bundle of fresh chervil
Some fresh olives, in thin slices
Some high -quality anchovy fillets in oil, leaked and halved in length
Some crispy capers

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 175 ° C.

Mix the fresh eggs and the fine granulated sugar in a blender until a smooth, running mass.

Mix firmly through the egg mixture by hand.

Coarsely chop the fresh tarragon, flat parsley and chervil and mix them through the dough using a kitchen robot until you get a smooth green mass.

Fill the small cake molds with this beautiful green dough. Decorate each cake with a slice of fresh olive, a piece of anchovies or a few crispy capers.

Bake the cakes in the preheated oven for fifteen minutes.
