1. Preparing the dough
Place the whole wheat flour and oats in a large bowl. Add the salt, nuts, seeds and mix well.
Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm water, add the honey and let it stand for 5 minutes until foam forms.
Add the yeast mixture together with the olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix into a firm dough.
2. First rowCover the bowl with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour until the dough has doubled in volume.
3. Shaping and second rise
Dust the work surface with some flour, knead the dough briefly and shape into a loaf.
Let it rise for another 30-45 minutes under a cloth.
4. Baking
Lightly dust the air fryer basket with flour, place the bread in it and set tofry & steam – 165°C for 40 minutes. 8. Press thesync buttonif you prepare the fig and brie dip at the same time.
5. Cool and serveFor best results, let the bread cool completely on a wire rack.
