2 greedy slices of sourdough bread sliced lengthwise
200 g Greek yogurt
2 tbsp finely chopped curly parsley
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
2 tbsp canola oil
Pepper from the mill, fleur de sel
4 leaves of young lettuce
2 large tomatoes
150 g hand-peeled North Sea shrimp
1 hard-boiled egg

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the tomatoes: place them in boiling water for 10 seconds, refresh in ice-cold water, remove the skin, and slice them.

Peel the egg and roughly mash it.

Mix the chives and parsley into the yogurt with canola oil and pepper.

Spread the herb yogurt on the sandwich.

Top with the lettuce and slices of tomato.

Sprinkle the shrimp and then the eggs on top.

Finish with pepper from the mill.
