400 g roasted peeled almonds

Kids proof chickpea hummus
1 can of chickpeas
2 tbsp almond butter
6 tbsp soft olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
a pinch of salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp agave

Healthy speculoos spread
150 g almond butter
1 tbsp speculaas spices
1 tbsp agave
5 tbsp milk

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Homemade Almond Butter: Let almonds chop for 15 min until smooth, scraping occasionally. Store in a jar in the fridge.

Kids proof chickpea hummus: Mix all ingredients in the blender for 3 minutes, until smooth. Store in the fridge in a closed jar. Serve with carrot, celery or apple pieces…

Healthy speculoos spread: Mix all ingredients well together, until smooth, possibly with more milk if you want it to be thinner. Store in a closed jar in the refrigerator.
