Roasted figs with melted brie dip (from the air fryer)

6 ripe figs 
150 g brie 
1 tbsp honey 
1 tsp balsamic vinegar 
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves 
1 handful of almond flakes 
Pinch of sea salt 
Black pepper from the grinder 
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the figs crosswise at the top, but not all the way through.

Cut the brie into cubes.

Place the figs in the basket of the air fryer (without the rack), drizzle with honey and balsamic.

Distribute the brie cubes around the figs.

Sprinkle with thyme, almond flakes, sea salt, and freshly ground pepper.

Set the air fryer to 180°C for 7 minutes

Serve in a nice bowl and finish with pomegranate seeds.
