0.5 bunch of parsley
1 shallot
150 ml white wine

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the scampi, leaving the last part of the tail on. Season them with pepper and salt. Let a tablespoon of butter foam and briefly sauté them until they are nicely colored on both sides, set them aside.

Now add the finely chopped shallot and garlic, let it sauté well, deglaze with the white wine, add finely chopped parsley and the rest of the butter in cubes. Then mix in the scampi so they warm up nicely again.

Serve immediately with slices of bread to soak up the delicious sauce! 😊 Yes, you can keep them in the fridge for three days.
