What do you need?

Quantity: 10 small popsicles

For 10 small or 7 large molds
0.5 pineapple
200 ml unsweetened coconut cream
1 tablespoon honey
3 cm fresh ginger
0.5 organic lime
1 handful of grated coconut

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the pineapple into pieces.

Put the pineapple, coconut cream, honey, and ginger in a bowl.

Grate the lime peel and add it along with the lime juice to the mixture. Mix everything.

Bring to a boil.

Strain the mixture.

Let it cool down.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and place them in the freezer.

Insert a stick when they are half frozen.

Let the popsicles thaw a bit and roll them in the grated coconut to decorate them.
