What do you need?

800 g skinless cod fillet

marinade for the fish
3 cloves of garlic grated
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sriracha
Zest of 1 lime
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper

Peach salsa:
4 peaches or nectarines
1 red onion
0.5 bunch of coriander
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp salt
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp olive oil

32 pieces of soft tacos (about 4 p.p. of 10 cm diameter)

Jalapeño mayonnaise

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the cod into pieces of about 3 cm, mix all the ingredients for the marinade together.

Mix in the cod cubes and let marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Slice the peaches into wedges and fine cubes, mix with the finely chopped onion and the rest of the ingredients.

Heat a grill pan over the fire without any fat, place the tacos on both sides for a nice grilled line.

Lightly grease the pan with oil and grill the cod cubes until cooked on both sides.

Fill the tacos with the fish, the salsa, and the jalapeño mayo.

Serve with extra coriander and lime!
