marinade for the fish
3 cloves of garlic grated
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp sriracha
Zest of 1 lime
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder

Peach salsa:
4 peaches or nectarines
1 red onion
0.5 bunch of coriander
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp salt
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp olive oil
32 pieces of soft tacos (about 4 p.p. of 10 cm diameter)
Jalapeño mayonnaise
