What do you need?

Quantity: 2P

2 eggplants
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
1 tsp cinnamon
50ml water
1 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp olive oil

For the tahini dressing:

2 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, pressed
Some water to thin it out

For the garnish:

¼ Chinese cabbage, finely sliced
1 handful sunflower seeds
2 tbsp finely chopped chives

2 eggplants
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
1 tsp cinnamon
50ml water
1 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp olive oil

For the tahini dressing:

2 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, pressed
Some water to thin it out

For the garnish:

¼ Chinese cabbage, finely sliced
1 handful sunflower seeds
2 tbsp finely chopped chives

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the eggplants lengthwise into quarters.

Put the water and raisins with salt and pepper in the baking dish.

Place the eggplants on top and drizzle with olive oil.

Let bake for 25 min in the air fryer or until the water has evaporated at 180°.

Mix all the ingredients for the dressing well together.

Serve eggplants on the Chinese cabbage, spoon over the raisins and dressing.
