Grilled eggplants with tahini dressing

What do you need?
2 eggplants
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
1 tsp cinnamon
50ml water
1 tbsp raisins
3 tbsp olive oil
For the tahini dressing:
2 tbsp tahini
Juice of 1 lime
1 tbsp honey
1 clove garlic, pressed
Some water to thin it out
For the garnish:
¼ Chinese cabbage, finely sliced
1 handful sunflower seeds
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
