Peel the butternut squash. Cut it in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds with a spoon.
Mix all the ingredients for the glaze together. Brush the cut side of the pumpkin with it and place the pieces, cut side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Make some crosswise cuts in the butternut and brush with the glaze.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.
Baste regularly with the sauce.
