What do you need?
For the falafel:
400 g chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
20 g parsley
20 g coriander
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 tsp cinnamon
1 chili pepper (optional, finely chopped)
A pinch of salt
For the salad:
3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 bunch of parsley
1 red onion
Pepper and salt
For the tahini-garlic sauce:
120 g tahini
2 cloves of garlic (pressed)
1 tsp salt
Juice of 1 lime
80 ml water
4 Lebanese wraps (or to taste)
