Preparation method

How do you make this?

Making falafel: Place all the ingredients for the falafels in a food processor and blend until a fine mixture. Spread the falafel mixture evenly on the wraps. Heat some oil in a frying pan and place the wraps with the chickpea side down in the pan. Fry for about 5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Also fry the bottom for a moment.

Preparing the salad: Chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley finely. Mix everything in a bowl and season with pepper and salt.

Making tahini-garlic sauce: In a bowl, whisk together the tahini, garlic, salt, lime juice, and water until a creamy sauce forms. Add extra water if necessary for the desired consistency.

Filling the wraps: Top the fried wraps with the salad. Drizzle generously with the tahini-garlic sauce. Roll the wraps up or serve them unfolded.

Serving: Serve immediately while warm and crispy.
