1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsp milk
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 egg
0.5 tsp flaky salt
50 g dark chocolate roughly chopped
1 tbsp nuts of your choice (e.g. peanuts)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Choose your largest mug that is microwave safe. Add all the ingredients one by one, including half of the chocolate in pieces, and mix well until everything is nicely combined. Clean the sides well, place the rest of the chocolate pieces with the nuts on top, and cook for 90 seconds at 1000W; you will know it's done when it starts to rise like a soufflé.

Remove from the microwave and enjoy immediately! Also delicious with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side 😊
