1 shallot
1 red bell pepper
Half a red chili, without seeds
1 clove of garlic
0.5 bunch of parsley
0.5 bunch of leaf parsley
Handful of fresh oregano
Handful of basil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
10 cl olive oil
Fleur de sel

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and the red chili and chop finely.

Finely chop the shallot and garlic.

Pick the herbs and chop them finely.

Mix all ingredients with the olive oil and red wine vinegar and season to taste.
