What do you need?

Quantity:

375 g flour (you can use half 00-flower for even softer sandwiches)
1 bag of dry yeast
295 ml of lukewarm water
2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil
1 kl of salt
1 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp coarse chopped pumpkin seeds
2 KL look powder
A bowl with egg wash (beaten egg with some water)

Butter look topping:
100 g butter, melted
2 cloves of fresh look
2 tbsp chopped parsley

100 g butter, melted

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Mix the yeast in the lukewarm water and let it rest for 5 minutes.

In a mixing bowl, stir all dry ingredients under each other.

Put the garlic powder, Parmesan cheese and chopped pumpkin seeds under the dry ingredients.

Add the yeast water and the melted butter or olive oil.

Let 5-10 minutes knead until a smooth ball.

Let it rest for 1 hour in a greased bowl with plastic.

Sprinkle work surface with flour, place the dough on it.

Knead well by hand.

Sprinkle with extra flour when it sticks.

Divide into portions. 6, 8 or 12 depending on the large one you want.

Roll sausages and make buttons or a different shape.

Spread the sandwiches with the Egg Wash for a shiny coating.

Place on baking sheet with baking paper and bake for 12 minutes at 220 °.

Finish with the homemade butter look topping.

For this, press the look and chop the parsley.

Mix both under the melted butter and stir well.

Brush the sandwiches with the mixture.
