What do you need?

Quantity:

Soup:
a good lump of butter
2 sweet onions
3 chicory stumps
1/4 Green Lof
1 l chicken stock
dash

Garniture:
2 slices of wholemeal bread
300 gr mixed minced meat
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
Pezo
100 G Feta cheese
2 trays of cress

Soup:

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Soup: Melt the butter. Finely chop the onion and stew.

Finely chop the chicory, add to the onion and stew.

Finely chop the green liap and stew. Deglaze with broth.

Simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on the pot. Mix the soup with the hand blender. Add a dash of cream.

Croutons: Cut the bread into cubes, fry crispy in olive oil and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Place the croutons on a kitchen roll.

Ballekes: roll balls of the minced meat. Fry them in a knob of butter.
