Warm the oven for 200 °.
Cut the rolls in half, fry the cutting edge with some butter in the pan or put them in the oven just before you fill them.
Cut the beef burgers in 2, roll balls and press them again completely flat between plastic foil, so that you have 8 thin large meat burgers, season with salt and pepper and fry them briefly and powerfully on both sides.
Place the cheese on it and put them in the oven to melt them.
Place them double between the warmed sandwich, serve with Mayo, Ketchup, fresh onion and pickle and the lettuce in between.
Put your teeth in, tasty!
