What do you need?

Quantity: 48 pieces

For the litters:
400 g whole wheat pasta, soft -boiled
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp granted Emmental cheese
olive oil to grease cupcake baking shape

For the 7 vegetables sauce:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 large sweet onion
½ fennel
½ zucchini
1 red pepper
1 boiled beetroot
2 fat young carrots
700 ml of tomato coulis
1 small game of tomato concentrate
1 pinch of salt
pepper
2 clay honey
1 TL oregano

24 quail eggs, hard -boiled

For the litters:
400 g whole wheat pasta, soft -boiled

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Sauce: Peel the onion, finely chop and stew into olive oil.

Wash, peel and cut the other vegetables each individually in the cutter.

Stew with the onion.

Season with pepper, a pinch of salt and oregano.

Moisten with the coulis.

Simmer for 20 minutes under the lid.

Litter: grease the baking tin with olive oil.

Mix the cooled pasta with all the ingredients well together.

Divide in the molds and press well.

Bake 15 minutes at 195 °
