For the meat bread:
500 g mixed minced meat
1 onion, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 shallot, in segments
4 sprigs of rosemary
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 handful of peeled pistachio nuts

For the apples:
2 small red apples
2 tsp brown sugar
2 small lumps of butter

For the croquettes:
8 croquettes of your choice

For the sauces:
Cranberry sauce
Mustard sauce

For the meat bread:
500 g mixed minced meat

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Prepare meat bread: mix the minced meat with the onion, garlic, pistachio nuts, pepper and salt. Form the minced meat into an oval bread and place it in the large baking accessory of the Philips Dual Basket. Make a few notches in the meat bread and insert the shallot wedges and rosemary branches. Brush the whole with olive oil.

Prepare apples: Remove the cores from the apples and place them next to the meat bread in the Airfryer. Add a knob of butter and a teaspoon of brown sugar in the middle of each apple.

Add croquettes: Place the croquettes in the small baking basket of the dual basket. Set the temperature and baking time as indicated on the package.

Prepare: Set the Airfryer to 175 ° C and a baking time of 20 minutes. Thanks to the smart technology of the Airfryer, the different cooking times are automatically calculated, so that everything is ready at the same time.

Sausen prepare: Meanwhile, prepare the cranberry sauce and heat the mustard sauce.

Serve: slice the meat bread into slices and divide them over the plates. Place the apples and croquettes next to this. Spoon some cranberry sauce over the apples and pour the mustard sauce over the meat bread.

Garnish with extra rosemary branches if necessary.
