1 kg bintje or agria (unloading)
1 tbsp peanut oil
Rock

Yellow curry sauce:
1 egg
1 tbsp mustard
Pepper and salt
1 tbsp vinegar
Juice v ½ lemon
250 corn oil
1 tbsp yellow curry powder
1 kl of smoked paprika powder
1 clay honey
Few leaves heart of lettuce
Fleur de Sel

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel potatoes, cut with fries cutter and then put in warm water for 3 minutes.

Rinse and pat dry.

First front baking without oil 15 "at 130 °.

Then shake 1 tbsp peanut oil through it.

Another 8 minutes at 180 °, the longer you bake them the crispy.

Homemade curry mayonnaise: Take a high measuring cup, where your soup mixer fits to the bottom.

Put the egg, mustard, herbs, pepper, salt, vinegar, lemon juice and oil in your hand blender on the bottom. Slowly mix up on the bottom, until everything is beautiful homogeneous, mix in the honey, put it in a piping bag if necessary.

Cut the lettuce leaves into super thin strips.

Once the fries are baked crispy, serve them on and shelf or plateau with baking paper, spray the sauce over it in lines and finish with the strings of lettuce.
