170 g pure chocolate
120 g vegetable margarine
180 g spelled flower
42 g of cocoa powder
2 g of salt
5 g of instant coffee

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Beat the aquafaba with the sugar to stiff peaks. This can take a few minutes, so be patient.

Heat the vegetable margarine in a pan over low heat until it is completely melted.

In a separate bowl, mix the pure chocolate, cocoa powder, salt and instant coffee.

Pour the melted margarine over the mixture of chocolate, cocoa and coffee. Stir carefully until everything is well mixed.

Carefully add this chocolate mixture to the aquafaba-sugar mixture and carefully mix it with a spatula.

Finally, add the spelled flower and mix everything well into a smooth batter.

Pour the brownie battle into a baking tin covered with baking paper and sprinkle the top with a pinch of Fleur de Sel.

Bake the brownie in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out if you put it in the middle.
