250 ml of whipped cream, 1 tbsp of flower sugar
750 g vanilla pudding cooled down
2 jars of juice (600g net)
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp fine sugar
Chocolate litter as a finish of your choice

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Pour the juice from the cherries and catch in a saucepan. Keep a cup aside and mix in the cornflour. Let the juice cook with the sugar, stir in cornflour again, and add while stirring. Let it boil for a minute and add the cherries, let it boil again. Let it boil slightly and pour in your trifle shape, let cool and stiffen in a fridge.

Slightly cut the brown crust of the cake, cut into cubes of 2 to 2 cm and cover the cherries with it, pour the vanilla pudding over it, it is too hard, then go there is firm with the beater, divide nicely over the cake.

Beat the cold whipped cream with sugar lobbig and dress in a point on the pudding. Sprinkle with chocolate. Let it set 1 you in a fridge.

Can be prepared in advance. Then dress the whipped cream on it à la minute. You can also add a dash of Kirsch or Sherry to the cherries if you are a fan of it, or some cinnamon powder or gingerbread spices of your whipped cream. And even some extra melted chocolate to serve, oh my God! Melt away! 😀
