12 tongue rolls
1 packet of broccolini
2 carrots
1 white of leek
2 celery stems
¼ Pumpkin
2 handful of Sugar Snaps
1 small fennel

Sauce:
100 ml of milk
100 ml coconut cream
1 kl yellow curry powder
Pepper and salt

Garniture:
A few twigs of dill

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut all vegetables into fine slices and place in a steam scale.

Season the tongue rolls and roll them around 2 fingers and place them in a bowl sprinkled with some olive oil.

Let the fish and greetings steam for 10 minutes.

Put everything for the sauce in a jar, let it cook for a while, season.

Serve the vegetables and the tongue rolls on a plate.

Foam the sauce with hand blender and serve.

Finish with twigs of dill.

If you serve it as a starter, give 4 tongue rolls per person. For a main course it is better to serve 6.
