How do you make this?

Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 140 ° C and cover a baking sheet with baking paper.

Meringue make: beat the proteins in a clean, fat -free bowl to soft peaks. Gradually add the cane sugar and beat until a smooth, shiny meringue is created.

Long fingers form: Spoon the meringue into a piping bag or use a spoon to form long fingers of about 10 cm on the baking paper.

Top with Earl Gray: Sprinkle the Earl Gray tea (or your chosen herb/tea) evenly over the meringues.

Bake: Bake the meringues in the preheated oven for 40 minutes. They have to feel firm, but still light in the middle.

Cooling and storing: Allow the meringues to cool completely on a rack and then keep them in an airtight box to maintain crispiness.
