4 slices of brown seed bread
1 knob of butter
2 White Pensen
2 tablespoons mustard
1 jar of onion jam
¼ bunch of flat parsley, finely chopped

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Remove the skin from the white pens and cut them into slices.

Heat a knob of butter in a pan and fry the white tripe slices on both sides until golden brown.

Cut the slices of bread in half and toast until they are crispy.

Spread the toasts with a little mustard.

Divide the fried white tripe over the toasts.

Add a little onion jam on top of the tripe.

Garnish with finely chopped flat parsley.

Serve immediately.
