500 g white mushrooms
150 g butter
2 toe look
1 shallot
2 tbsp finely chopped flat parsley
1 small square white bread
Pepper and salt
1 kl of balsamic créme
Wild herbal mix

Preparation method

How do you make this?

With a bread knife, cut off the 2 sides of your bread, now cut them into 4 thick equal cuts, and also cut off all the crusts so that you have four beautiful thick slices of bread.

Brush the mushrooms clean without water, cut off any dirt and cut into slices or in 4.

Melt 100 g of butter in a non-stick pan, put aside for a moment, cap a brush in the melted butter and rub the slices of bread on top and bottom.

Place on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake them while baking the mushrooms, 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 195 ° until they are nicely golden brown crispy and season with a lot of pepper and sniff salt.

Put your pan back on the heat and add the finely chopped shallot, bake for 1 minute and then the garlic and mushrooms, keep baking and stirring until moisture has evaporated and you can thoroughly disrupt them. Season with pepper, salt and wild spices.

Add the rest of the butter with the finely chopped parsley and balsamic vinegar.

Let everything bake and divide over the toasts with some finely chopped parsley.
