5 CL Dark Rum
3 cl fresh lime juice
2 CL sugar syrup made of coconut and toasted fennel seeds
ice blocks
lime slices

syrup with coconut and fennel seeds:
1 tbsp roasted fennel seeds
500 gr. sugar
500 ml of water

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Syrup: Cook sugar and water briefly, add coconut grater and fennel seeds, let it infuse, soften through.

All ingredients 15 sec shaking.
