What do you need?

¼ red cabbage
¼ pointed cabbage
2 piece of chicory
3 chili peppers
¼ butternut
1 bone coriander coarse minced meat
½ bone mint coarse minced meat
2 tbsp sesame oil
Juice of 2 limes
1 El Agave

Peanut butter sauce:
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 toe look
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Take your biggest bowl or scale to mix well.

Finely chop all vegetables, chop the herbs, put in a bowl and squeeze the limes over it, add sesame oil and agave and mix the first time.

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together in a jar, shake each other and pour over the lettuce, mix well.

Finish with chopped peanuts and some fresh herbs.
