Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the pineapple. Cut in four and cut out the heart. Cut the flesh into equal cubes. Peel the onion, cut em in half and then in 4. Brush the mushrooms if necessary.

To put together: Get chicken from marinade and roll them up. Put all the ingredients in turn. Cook around around 10 minutes on a BBQ.

(Roast 25 to 40 cm above the fire, the coal must see white and certainly no longer flames)

Marinade:

Peel look and grate in a bowl. Add the mustard honey soy and olive oil. Season with pepper. Mix in the chicken fillets. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in fridge

Dip: crush everything under each other or mix. Serve in a bowl.

SLA: Wash the courgettes and apricots. Cut courgettes and the apricots into pieces. Mix the oil lemon and finely sliced ​​basil. Serve in a bowl.
