400g spaghetti
3 eggs
100G Mascarpone
½ bunch of basil
Pepper and salt to taste
1kg Bolognaise sauce
½ bunch of basil
1 packet of cherry tomatoes on the branch
150g grated cheese
1 pack of small mozzarella bolls

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

While the spaghetti cooks, mix in a large bowl of eggs, mascarpone, finely chopped basil, pepper and salt. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the mixture. Stir everything well.

Grease a large spring form and put in half of the pasta mixture. Press the mixture well in the form.

Spoon half of the bolognaise sauce over the spaghetti and iron it out evenly.

Place the rest of the spaghetti on top, and then the remaining sauce.

Divide the grated cheese evenly over the top of the cake.

Cut the cherry tomatoes into 3 and decorate the top of the cake with these tomatoes and the mozzarella bolls.

Bake the spaghetti cake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes, until the cheese is nicely melted and golden brown.

Remove the cake from the oven and garnish with a few basil leaves.

Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before removing the spring form. This way you can cut beautiful pieces.

Serve the spaghetti cake immediately and enjoy!
