2 tbsp olive oil EV
3 large yellow peppers
1 bone young carrots
2 sweet onions
2 toes look
1 Klkurkuma
pepper
1 TL curry powder
1.5 l chickens or vegetables broth

Pesto
150 g soft sun -dried tomatoes
2 tbsp roasted pain tree seeds
1 handful of parmesan flakes
100 ml olive oil EV
black pepper
Juice of 1 lemon

10 radishes cut into slices

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Soup was the peppers, peel the carrots and onion.

Cut them roughly and open them on a baking sheet.

Make a mixture with olive oil, finely chopped look turmeric curry, pour over the vegetables and mix under each other.

Roast 20 "at 190 °.

Spoon into a large cooking pot.

Moisten with the broth.

Let simmering and mix for another 5 minutes.

Just taste and possibly season.

Pesto finely chop the tomatoes, parmesan and nuts.

Mix with the oil, lemon and pepper.
