150 ml of white wine

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Peel the scampi, leave the rear piece of tail. Season them with salt and pepper. Let a tablespoon of the butter foam and fry them briefly and powerfully so that they are beautifully colored on both sides, keep them aside.

Now add the finely chopped shallot and garlic, let it bake well, extinguish with the white wine, add finly chopped parsley and the rest of the butter in cubes. Then mix the scampi under it, so that they get nice and warm again.

Serve immediately with slices of bread to sop up the delicious sauce! 🙂 Yes she can keep in the fridge for three days.
