What do you need?

Olive oil
4 soft -boiled eggs (6min, at room temperature)
4 fresh thick tuna steaks
12 anchovy fillets on oil
½ bone basil
4 tomatoes
1 red onion
300 g of new potatoes, steamed, baked
100 g black olives
1 oak leaf lettuce washed
150 g of nut lettuce washed
4 KL capers

Dressing:
100 ml of red wine vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
1 shallot finely cut
Olive oil 200 ml

4 tomatoes

300 g of new potatoes, steamed, baked
100 g black olives
1 oak leaf lettuce washed
150 g of nut lettuce washed
4 KL capers

Dressing:
100 ml of red wine vinegar
1 tbsp mustard
1 shallot finely cut
Olive oil 200 ml

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Preheat the oven to 190 °

Steam the potatoes, place them in baking dish, sprinkle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Heat a grill or non -stick pan, take the tuna steaks from the fridge, season with salt and pepper, rub in both sides with olive oil and color or grill, place on a shelf and cut into bars.

Divide the lettuce and potatoes and the basil on the plates, cut the tomatoes and place them.

Divide the tuna and finish with all other garnishes.

For the dressing, mix everything together and serve.
