Preparation method

How do you make this?

Wash and swier the lettuce.

Pit and cut the peppers into fine strips. Mix with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil lightly with the garlic and leave it somewhat, pour in a sauce bowl, add the rest of the ingredients: the lemon juice, the capers, the pickle, the herbs.

Bake the fish fillets in the same pan with butter and oil, season with salt and pepper, for 2 minutes on each side.

Place the lettuce on the plate, dress the fish and slices of colored bell pepper, pour over the herb oil.
