What do you need?

Quantity: 1 portion

1 soaked Medjoul Dadel
25 g oatmeal
200 ml of almond milk (or optionally)
80 g blueberries
½ banana
5 mint leaves
2 tbsp peanut butter (+ extra to finish)

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Cut the date open, remove the pit and soak for at least 1 hour or one night.

Put the soaked date together with all other ingredients in a blender and let full power run for 30 seconds.

In between, scrape the sides and mix until the smoothie is beautiful creamy.

Pour in a glass and finish with extra berries, peanut butter and mint.
