What do you need?

Quantity: 1 head

180 ml of milk of your choice (eg unsweetened cashew milk)
1 TL grated ginger
1 TL Applesienzeste
1 TL lemon zest
1 tbsp cooked beet or 1 tsp biotona organic red beet concentrate
Sniff of beetroot powder, cocoa powder or cinnamon for the finish

Preparation method

How do you make this?

Boil the milk, ginger, apple and lemon zest for 2 minutes on a low heat.

Add the beetroot.

Pour warm water into a blender and pour out again.

Put the milk mixture and the beetroot in the blender.

Blend the whole for 30 seconds.

Pour the red beet latte into small cups.

Finish with powder of your choice.
